These terms govern your use of The Design Summit website and your registration for the event, operated by CoFi Labs Inc ("we," "us"). By registering or buying a ticket, you agree to these terms.
The Design Summit is a one-day virtual event held live on Zoom. We provide a join link to registered attendees. Every session is recorded, and registered attendees get access to the recordings after the event. We may update the lineup, schedule, or speakers as needed.
Tickets are sold through Stripe in US dollars. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. Team tickets require the stated minimum number of seats. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Your ticket is for your use; access links and recordings are for registered attendees and are not to be shared or resold.
You can request a full refund up to 7 days before the event by emailing [email protected]. Within 7 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable, but you keep access to all session recordings.
We record the sessions. By attending, you understand the event is recorded and may be shared with attendees and used for promotion. Speakers retain ownership of their own materials and grant us a license to record, stream, and share their session. You may not record, redistribute, or republish any part of the event without our written permission.
Be respectful to speakers and other attendees. We may remove anyone who is disruptive, abusive, or in breach of these terms, without a refund.
The event and its content are provided "as is" for informational purposes and are not professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoFi Labs Inc is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
